The Brothers and Sisters of Charity Domestic is having its annual South Central Regional Gathering in Houston this year. We will be gathering at Prince of Peace Parish for the weekend. All members and visitors are invited. Our theme this year will focus on a life of love and service in the power of the Holy Spirit. Please see below for the basic schedule. A final schedule will be handed out at registration.
Basic Information:

FRIDAY
Check-in will be from 4-5:30pm at the Parish in St. Andrews Hall (look for the big balloons) on Friday, May 24, 2019. There will be a light Dinner at 6pm followed by a brief introduction and a time of fellowship until 9:00pm. “Sacred Silence” will be in place until after breakfast Saturday morning.

SATURDAY
Saturday will begin with breakfast at 7:30am and first morning session with John Michael Talbot at 9:00am. There will be teachings, prayer, fellowship, and Praise/worship included for the day. Mass will be in the early evening followed by dinner-or vice versa.

SUNDAY
On Sunday breakfast will be at 7:30AM in the dining area. Our final session will be a chance to share our “Little Flowers” (special moments) for the weekend and learn about up coming and exciting news in our region and in our community. We will finish with lunch at noon at St. Claire, our urban monastery nearby.

Please invite your friends to come. The Regional Gathering is a great place to learn about our community and make new friends.

Cost is $40 per person for food which covers all meals through lunch on Sunday. Payment information is below. Housing will be on your own. We have reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at a discounted rate. See below for details.

  Registration payment of $40.00 can be made via check to BSCD South Central Region and mailed to Erin Crouch, 1107 Welton St., Pratt, KS 67124. Or you can pay the day of registration at the regional.
  
  Rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn of Houston NW/Willowbrook, TX at 7979 Willow Chase Blvd. Houston TX, 77070. Phone is 832-912-1000. Reservations will need to be made for 2 nights, cost will be $109.00/ night for either 2 double beds or a King with sleeper sofa. You must reserve your room before May 10th to get the special rate. Please call the hotel to make your reservation. You are responsible for your own hotel charges.
