Confidential Reference Form

The Domestic Expression of the Brothers and Sisters of Charity invites mature, well-balanced and spiritually motivated men and women who sense a call to our way of life to apply for membership in our community. Community life is challenging and has a great potential to be a life-giving experience. At the same time, the challenges of community life can stretch even the most mature person to their limits. All applicants are required to provide three references. However, no applicant will be rejected solely on the basis of an unfavorable recommendation. It is crucial that we receive an honest evaluation of the applicant’s personality, capabilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to better discern this candidate’s potential call to our community.
