Basic Information

It has been 2 years since we have been able to meet in person. What a joy it will be to fellowship and worship with one another in person! Friday of our Regional Gathering happens to be the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Saturday is the Memorial of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Our prayer is that the Lord sets our hearts on fire with his love!

FRIDAY
Check-in will be from 4-5:30 pm at Little Portion Hermitage on Friday, June 11, 2021. There will be a light dinner at 6 pm followed by a time of praise and worship and a sharing on the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Following praise and worship, “sacred silence” will be observed through breakfast Saturday morning.

SATURDAY
Saturday will begin with breakfast. The day will include teachings, prayer, fellowship, advancements, and Mass.

SUNDAY
Sunday will be a travel day home. Breakfast will be served before departing.

Please invite your friends to come. The Regional Gathering is a great place to learn about our community and make new friends.

REGISTRATION COSTS
Cost is $50 per person which covers meals (Friday supper through Sunday breakfast) and lodging for those able to stay at Little Portion.
The hermitage can accommodate a large number of people, although maybe not everyone. Hermitage accommodations will be available on a first come, first serve basis with consideration given to members and those advancing. (Generally, rooms have 2 twin beds or one queen size bed. Bathrooms are shared.)

If you are staying at a hotel, lodging will be on your own. There are several in Eureka Springs and Berryville.

If you are planning on coming a day early or staying a day late, there will be a minimal additional cost involved. (Be sure to indicate that on your registration.)

  BSCD members will be asked to help serve meals and clean-up throughout the weekend. Please arrive expecting to serve our guests and friends. You can pick up a schedule at registration.
  
  Plan on wearing masks while at the monastery and at all gatherings.
